swept all the straw out of the studio and let in some fresh air

Well that's the film props finished and parcelled ready for collection. A rushed job but exciting working with set directors. The Film is Jungle Book Origins due out in 2017. Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberba, Andy Serkis amd Christian  Bale. Let just hope that my bits actually get seen and not left on the "cutting room floor" You never can tell.

Just been asked to make some bone figures for a Jungle Book Film.  They will be crude toys that Mowgli has made himself.

Its now some time since the shows (October and November 2013) but what a great show.  2 years of hard work to prepare.
The response was phenomenal.  "best in show" was written in the comments book so many times.

getting back down to some new work is going to be hard.

With weary legs we decided to visit just a few chosen galleries at my old favourite the V and A.  The Jewellery display did not disappoint.  This piece here was paper mache

Both these pieces are featured in a V & A book that I purchased several years ago but nothing beats seeing them for real.
